All visitors to the ESC Region 11 facility
Objective
ESC Region 11 is an organization that serves all school personnel in the 10 counties in north Texas, and we have hundreds of people in our building each day attending training sessions. Since districts have a choice when it comes to where they send their employees for training, we wanted to remind them of who we are and that we share many of the same values. This was the goal of our poster effort.
Even though most of our services are directly geared toward adults, the ultimate goal is
to help them better serve their own students. With this in mind, we were intentional about including children in our graphic design, along with our mission, vision, and core belief statements. This combination not only resulted in attractive wall art, but also conveyed the message of what we stand for and who the recipients of our services truly are.

Evidence of Success
Customer experience is the key to success, and we have received numerous comments from visitors about the lovely wall art. Even our own employees have expressed pleasure inhaving a visual reminder of who our services can and should impact. The Commissioner of Education visited our building last spring and made a specific comment about howrefreshing it was to see graphics of children in our building!
